Amisha is the Digital Innovation Manager at Lancashire County Council, where she leads the development and adoption of innovative digital approaches that improve how services are designed and delivered. Working closely with frontline practitioners, service leaders and partners, she focuses on embedding technology in a way that is safe, ethical and grounded in real operational need.

The Digital Innovation team has been instrumental in the council’s deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot, supporting teams across adult and children’s services to reduce administrative burden and enable new ways of working.

Amisha champions practitioner led innovation and responsible adoption of AI, working closely with services to ensure AI tools are practical, ethical and focused on tangible outcomes for residents and the workforce.
