Eddie oversees LOTI’s activities, member relations and strategic direction. Previously he was Director of Government Innovation at Nesta, the innovation foundation, and Head of Technology at the think tank, Policy Exchange. He is the author of seven think tank reports on government use of technology and data and has advised senior officials in the European Commission, United Nations and many national and local governments on innovation, data and digital strategy.
