Peter is the Director of Digital at Lancashire County Council, where he leads the council’s Digital Transformation and Technology function. With over two decades of experience in local government transformation, Peter has a strong track record of designing and delivering complex change programmes that improve services, enhance customer experience and drive organisational efficiency.

Prior to joining Lancashire, Peter held senior roles at Cheshire West and Chester Council, leading large-scale transformation and digital initiatives focused on embedding sustainable change and building organisational capability. Peter is passionate about taking a people-first approach to digital, working across services to ensure technology is applied in a way that responds to real needs and delivers meaningful outcomes for residents and the workforce.
