Phil started his career as a graduate finance trainee in the NHS and held a number of senior financial management roles including Director of Finance and Information of an NHS Trust before moving to the private sector in 1997. Since then, he has focussed on back office technology transformation, digital adoption and shared services across the wider public sector, especially local government, health and emergency services.
