Judah Bajela started off his career in Local Government in Brent Council as part of the National Graduate Development Programme in 2022. He has since worked across multiple departments to garner experience in various areas. This includes Corporate Policy, Change and Customer Insight, Capital Programmes and Community Grants. During his tenure as a Management Trainee, Judah was also the Chairman of the NGDP Policy Network, which is UK wide local government graduate network dedicated to exploring and understanding the implications of policy decisions within Local Government for young officers and future leaders. The network consists of over 300 members and frequently hosts events and conferences which can take place both in-person and online. Judah was also a delegate and representative of the NGDP at the 2023 LGC Summit.
